about half an hour ago, i finished up a run through The Nexus with a PuG i got into through the dungeon finder tool. i suppose i shouldn’t have set my expectations as high as i did, but i was hoping to have some fun while expanding my WoW portfolio to include instances. about five minutes in to the instance, it all came crashing down.

i’ll be posting pics of our x-mas tree tomorrow or the next day, i’ve been rather lazy in finishing up the decorating. actually my aunt has done most of it, i just hauled the tree upstairs.
in other news, i am enjoying my first Feast of Winter Veil.
i’ve always had a fascination with software glitches, particularly when it comes to games. i’m not really sure what the whole reason is, but there’s something about seeing a finely crafted piece of software fail so catastrophically that the graphics get fucked that really fascinates me. that and making the software do things that normally would not be possible and exploit all of the little tricks the programmers used. with modern games, glitches usually just cause a game to crash. in older games, you can sometimes find stuff you were never meant to find.
